Quality of Links

Hi Everyone, I'm on the linking subject again.

Having read some more junk about links and osing some more hair I wanna ask another Q.

Has anyone seen the difference between a simple 2/3 word link on its on (Stand alone link) or a link that is half way through a on topic paragraph?

Wanna know where to best spend my time getting links.

Ask yourself: which one would seem more natural to google and would look less like a paid link?
