I recently made a link request to a blog that has a good amount of content that is very relevant to the website. Our company was mentioned in one of the articles.

The blog in question is a WP template with the defauly theme, and contains many google ads. It has a PR of 1, many links from other blogs, but is #2 in serp for one of our major keywords. I am waiting for info about the traffic volume.

How much is a banner ad worth in this situation?
What other aspects should I be looking at in evaluating this opportunity?
