One-way link builder needed

I am looking for permanent, one-way links for my nutritional e-commerce websites. (I have 5 nutrition e-commerce sites)

These links need to be content-relevant, & be placed on a webiste with a pr1 or greater. Links must be built naturally. A detailed report showing the placement of each link must be provided. I must be allowed to write the anchor text and description. No links will be accepted from pornography/gambling/sexual health sites.

Links in directories nor links form article submission will not be accepted nor will links on pages with more than 30 other links per page be accepted.

Also I can only accept 1-2 links per IP address. In other word I will not accept 3 links on websites that have the same class c IP address.

Can anyone recommend a link builder - or any interested in this work?

Zach. I suggest you try again if this thread doesn't work out. But please take a look at the responses you got so far. It's a shame that SEO forums are not the best places to actively hunt for people doing SEO work - unless maybe if you're looking for the top dogs instead of cheap-*** link builders. If I were you I'd try an ad in a local newspaper instead.

If you want oneway links,its better you go for a good content writer.Who can provide you some quality contents.I don't think that if some one ask a webmaster to give a one way link,he will give.Tell me if some one ask you to give a oneway link,will you agree to do that?For one way links you need excellent and unique content,articles,blog etc. and these all are the job of a content writer,not of a link builder.
