Links Page
I am about to start a link exchange scheme to increase the relevent links to my site.
I was thinking about creating a specific page called "links" and holding all the outbound links on one page. Could this be bad in any way and would it be better to spread outbound links over cotent based site pages instead? Thanks

I dont think that is a problem, you can create a different page and add all the links there. I have it on my website howseoworks.com.
