Linking out to more authority sites from that page will increase the authority of the page even more.
If you had 2 pages with the same PR and had only 1 link to Wiki on one page and links to Wiki, About.com, Some gov, org and edu domains, then I would like to get a link from the 2nd page without any hesitation.
The reason...?
Well, a link from your first page (Which only had 1 link to Wiki) will pass more PR to my site..
But a link on the 2nd page will pass less PR but build more trust and topical authority for my site. Also the factor of co-citation kicks in which will further increase the authority of my page.
So it all depends on your perspective..
