Link Exchange Resources Pages.......

hi to all ,

i m going to make resources pages for my new site where i put link to others sites and would mail them in turn to get
back link from them (hope so ).

But i want to make it at their best . Firstly i want to make different categories for different resources sites . e.g all bpo sites
are grouped under the Category name Outsourcing sites and so on . So i need urs ideas for suggesting me the best thematical
categories for my bpo site which provide the financial , insurence services outsourcing also provide helpdesk solutions , inbound and outbound services outsourcing .

Second as these resources pages are 7-8 in numbers . So i would also want to opimize these pages for targeted key phrases. So please suggest me the right and optimal way for doing this job .
