Legality of links ?
I have a question about the legality of linking to a site on the internet. Whilst researching a new site I am to build for someone I found this snippet in the legal pages of a site on the net.

Surely this company can not stop you linking to them ?

Please note that the names of the site have been changed. Ie the site in question isnt really called daffy duck

I'm not a lawyer, but I am quite sure that they can't take any legal action against links to their site.

They also removed the embed code in their email vids.

A business that doesn't want publicity. Very strange eh ?
