Most of the sites are not earning anything but have a good PR. If you write to them that you are willing to pay for a backlink, you may get tons of backlinks at a very cheap rate.

Submitting articles to blogs is a great way to get quality surrounding text around your link. Works well, but sort of a pain to get the blog owner to publish your article.

I don't see why it would be a bad place considering any place else on that site. If the site is not closely related to your link, it does not really matter where you put it In my opinion at least.

Hello! Please direct me to the correct thread if I am posting in the wrong place...

But is anyone getting backlinks to msn.live or strange places like that? When I have checked some of my backlinks I am getting these weird msn live backlinks, but when I go to the link I dont see my site anywhere.

Is anyone having this issue?
