Dofollow blog commenting - how many per day - what about grey PR?

hiyas - I am going to be doing some dofollow blog commenting for my new site.

I was wondering how many comments per day (1 comment per site) - how many should be done per day? 10 max?

If I was also posting in forums and did 10 posts per day - 1 post on 10 different forums - would that be ok?

Just curious how much you can do per day without penalty.

This will not be my only source of links - I intend to get some one way incoming links from relevant sites levarging some of my existing blogspot domains.

Also I have found lists of dofollow blogs - and I have found some that are relevent to my site - but the page and their site is often grey PR even though the site is 2yrs old and should have some pr.

When i do site:asdasd, com in google the blog entry and site is indexed so I am wondering if that is good enough for a link or if I should just avoid sites with no pr.

Also I am wondering if you should use proper anchor text or post with your name... I am thinking the answer to this question is to look at see if other people are successfully posting with anchor text or if it is all people's names instead.

The other question I have is about varying anchor texts used for the comments and the pages they point to - I have read that you should mix up the anchor text and also the page it points to.

So should I choose 10 different anchor texts I like and link them to the index page - then choose different anchor texts and link them to subpages?

just wondering if anyone has a system for varying things... because my first instinct is to point everything to the index page and mainly use the same anchors... so switch everytime or use say "blue widgets" for the first 10 links then switch to "cool blue widgets" for the next 10 links and after 100 links then start linking to subpages instead - or vary where the links go right from the beginning.

thanks in advance

how many? mmmm
could be 1 , or 2 or 10 or 100
you should play it on a specific spectrum. If you gonna submit 100 links a day, then keep it up so Google wont flag your website as spam.
Keywords :
you can point a variety of keyword to the same page. Changing in anchor text doesn't mean pointing to different page, or sub page.

Be careful to do blog comments. It is very easy for your site to get Akismet blacklist.

is there any point in commenting on more than one entry on someone's blog?

or just make 1 comment on one entry and that's it - never do another one unless its linking to a new site?

the reason i ask is i assume that google will ignore the 2nd, 3rd, 4th links etc

thx
