Confuse about incoming link

Dear,

i am curious, i see a link from a specific directory that direct to a specific site.
when i open yahoo and see for possible incoming links to that specific site, i see 5 inlinks. but no one from that specific directory

for simplicity i will show you

click this directory:
http://directory.jayde.com/health_pharmacy.html

look for the number 25 (cutpricepills.com)

then i try in yahoo see for the possible incoming links:
link:http://cutpricepills.com

no one of them come from jayde

could you explain me guys, whats happened here? or it is a complete waste of time using free directories?

I can't see that link on the page you mention but it is in the directory somewhere!

The link should be "counted" but even Yahoo don't show 100% of backlinks.
