Banner Link Weight
Let's say we acquire an authority banner link. It has no alt text and no title. What weight does this give our page; will it weight your site for the keywords targeted by the page which the banner is situated on, or will it enhance your site for the keywords your own page targets, or a bit of both?

Has anyone got any experience of this? I guess it's hard to say...

They have to carry some weight.
