Automatic links

Please can some help me with a links problem. What i need is the quickest and easiest way to get links on sites that we work with. I will be sending each of the website owners an email. Would it be best to include some HTML code which would include a banner that they paste directly into there HTML code. Does anyone have example code.

Any help would be great

I would suggest that you use some link text instead of a banner...but this is good as well !! Dont do spamming and dont use any softwares for this work.
