Article submission and distribution problem

I am really having a hard time with the captcha used by Isnare and hubpages, Even the audio on this kind of captcha is hard to understand so I am looking for something like isnare that offers a resoniable proce for article submission snd distribution that does not use the kind of captcha used by Isnare and hubpages, I sue Squidoo but it does not get me the traffic hubpages so I need someitng else that is easier to get in to than hubpages

As far as article distribution goes I have sued article marketers but it is expensive but want a site to submit articles and get them distributed that is easy to get in to and not expensive.
