There are lot of noise about social bookmarking. I have been lot of discussion about bookmarking and personally i haven't seen any significant result (as far as SERP is concern).
I use bunch of highly popular and establish portals like Reddit, Delicious, stumbleupon etc
Please share if you have any positive and encourage experience with social bookmarking.

I think by doing Social-bookmarking you will just get your link crawled in Search Engine. So submit your link if your link is not crawled in Search Engine. Its one of the effective technique of SEO.
