Do you believe link exchange is helping?
Hello i am in download industry for about 3 years now i am not at the top but is going well.So my experience is with thousands pages sites and thousands of backinks. From my experience LE is doing nothing in a competitive enviroment. One way links is the way to do things.I have never gained somenthing building LE links although i was very selective (older sites a range of backlinks internal indexed results).Whats your opinion?

One way links are usually better because your not giving anything away. What is the download business?

There are some good 3 way link exchange programs out there. linkbuildingsolutions.com is free . 3waylinks.net is good, but is pay only.
These sites generate one-way links that help.

Personnaly I doub't three way links do any better for you site then recip links do. The links are comming from the same page of a site so likly transfer the same value. The problem is link page links have little value to transfer IMO. My advice is to put your link building efforts into getting better links then from other peoples link pages.

Link exchange is not helpful for me. I rather find one way link than looking for how many hours to find link exchange partners but no one answers my email.

I would stay away from link exchanges unless it is for a reason other than SEO. 3 way links don't fool Google at all, think about it, Google manages to index the entire web and calculate the PageRank values for Trillions of links, what makes you think they won't easily discover your little 3 way link scheme?

Only one way linking is better now a days. Because link exchange is harmful according to current updates.

I agree with Isabella, as seeing to the updates by google, link exchange is always harmful. Also if the relevancy and quality of the website is good you can go for link exchange but not for a huge numbers of link pointing towards single link.

As for me, link exchange was rather helpful for my site, I've got a lot of good backlinks due to it. But link exchange will be useful only with relevant and reliable sites.

I am agree with Isabella because Google's recent updates have already smashed reciprocal link building.
