Bad links and what to do about them
I recently read an article about identifying bad links, and after using Google Webmaster tools to check on a few things, I discovered something very odd and I have no idea what to do about it, or if I should do anything.
I always put my name at the bottom of every site I build, with a link back to my website. For some reason, Webmaster Tools is showing that one of the sites that I've built has over 2200 links back to me, but only on 1 page, and another of my sites has over 600, also just on one page. I haven't done anything to these sites that is different from any other site, so I have no clue what is going on.
Does anyone have any idea what this means and what I should do about it?
I was going to add a screenshot, but not sure how exactly.

Quick Fix - Google Disavow Tool
600 links to you on 1 page? Wow, that's not good. Anyway, there's an easy solution here. Google "Disavow" tool, use it by entering that specific URL in there and submit. Google will then take notice of this site and remove these links (well, they won't "remove" it, but they won't hold it against you)

Did you get notified in Webmaster Tools about bad links or did you see a ranking or traffic drop? if you didn't then I would just leave the link alone.
