Spanish word in domain of my English-written site?

Hi,

I want to start a health related blog aimed towards English speaking Americans, but it's hard to find a short catchy name with keywords in it.

I can fix that by using the Spanish word 'salud' in the domain. But I have two questions about that.

1) Will Google give me credit for relevance when people type in related words like 'health' and 'weight loss'? Obviously if my domain was 'healthyweightlosstoday' then it would.
2) Will it actually hurt me in rankings for English keywords? Will Google have a difficult time deciding what I am?

Thanks in advance

yes.. google not just catch the text on your domain.. but also your site content.. and google will not penalized your site if use that..

there are thousands of sites that use domain that are totally not relevant to its content.
