Single KW's
oky people,
I need some advice... I've been SEOing for some 4years and always cover key phrases not single words. I have a personal site I run that about crafts... Now multi words like "uk crafts" and alike are no problem... Whats anyone suggestion for cracking the single word "crafts" for example....

Without exactly answering your question because the techniques are exactly the same, are you sure this is correct way to go? Statistically searchers are moving towards 2 and 3 word searches.
I have a website that is currently #1 in yahoo.com for a city name (single word), but 2 and 3 word searches including this city name are much more common. Gringo. |

I understand all that... I tell my clients that too...
The only thing is the craft/crafts has 10,000 searches a day.. I'm after traffic and this site is personal.... one of the real questions i'm asking is the themed links, Keywords "UK crafts" compaired with just a single word "crafts" Would it be better using the single word? When I do a check I am happly listed for "uk craft" on google.co.uk but not listed according to DP keyword tracker for the single word "craft" / "crafts" in the top 10,000..... Any good ideas? ps - ops wrong forum before.... forgot about the other forum cat's soz.... |
