Keywords on google related terms

When I search for a general kw about my site on Google, I see "searches related to" terms at the bottom of the page and I thought they are a good starting point to choose the best keywords-phrases for my site although some of them seem useless.

Do you use Google's related terms as a basis point to choose appropriate keywords for your website?

Again i can only tell my personal view, i dont give them much of a thought, in fact i just realised i never take a look at them, generally prefer Google Adwords Keyword Suggestion Tool and that gets the job done for me to some extent...
