Keywords
Understanding your best keywords, i have been told that its best to stick to 3 or 4 keywords for each page, so thats what im going to do. But what is the best way to see how much traffic is going to a particular keyword thus choosing the best keyword that is likely to get the most traffic.
Example keywords are IR35 Limited Company Contracting Contract Jobs computer contractors freelancing just to list a few |

You can check which keywords get the most traffic using these pages ...

If you start an Adwords account, they have tools that can help, but the above links should be sufficient.

You can also ckeck out wordtracker.com. it's a paid service but it's very reasonable and there's not much chance of the results being skewed to influence an ad buy, not that anyone would do that
