No. Wordtracker will approximate numbers based upon searches performed on Metacrawler and Dogpile and the market share of any given engine, but they do not account for demographics.
AdWords can give you an idea of search frequency on Google proper. You need to invest in a campaign for a while though and not rely on the estimating tool.
The Overture tool is skewed by SEO's checking for keywords and comingles single and plural searches. It's not very useful for determining actual searches for a given term IMO.
