For each search term it gives me some number on right comumn. What are these numbers? its searches made per day or per month or its total of searches made in last one year?

I am not using that tool but I suggest to correlate that data with Google analytics for actual keyword traffic to see if you can further improve the accuracy of the searches data.

It represents the number of times that each keyword or phrase has been searched for over the last 12 months.

I think u got the answer. There is a question mark on the number if u click that u will get the explanation.

You can avail Google analytics services if you certainly own the site. If you have full site access even without SEO knowledge, you can install the Google analytics to your site. Google has good instructions in it.

One thing to add - the numbers are no where near accurate. Use at as a way to rank which are more popular (at the top of the list), but in terms of actual searches done on the big 3 SEs these numbers are ridiculously low.
