BUT... most of the searchers in the world dont use those double quotes while looking up for something in google... DO THEY??? i dont think so... in fact i dont!
eg i tried this keyword ... ( FREE FITNES ARTICLES) first without and then with quotes... the difference was gigantic...
but anyone plllzzzzzzz help me... im confused and frustrated... i mean a normal google user will not use double quotes... it means whenever he is gonna type in FREE FITNESS ARTICLES... he will see millions of results in SERP... then whats the point... i will still stand verryyyy low in the competition even if those QUOTES help me narrow down the competition... they are of no use if NOT USED by general public... am i right???

Getting up in the rankings is a pretty hard task to do... believe me almost all who is into seo has the same problem as you do, so don't sweat it.
Since you have a good hold on finding the right keywords why don't you find other ways to optimize your site. even if all people type their searches in double quotes you will still have competition.
If your really frustrated and you want to be on top of your competiton I suggest you spend on it (ppc) but that does not guarantee a convertion, you still have to work on it
