Jewellery or Jewelry?

Hi,

I have a UK based wholesale costume jewellery site. Most Uk customers use the term "Jewellery" while searching, and therefore we have been using jewellery in order to get tragetted traffic. however, we have been looking to expand internationally for a while now, and especially wish to traget the US and Canadian markets. However, the US traffic is more likely to use the term jewelry which makes the optimization slightly more challenging. I was just wondering, what would be the best way around this, if we want to rank well for these terms?

I think adword geotargeting can help you to target specific country in such situation.

Yes you can create pages for the term Jewelry, just make sure the content is unique to your other jewellery pages.

You will need to build links to that page. Start with your internal linking structure, get some related pages to link to the new page with the anchor as Jewelry
