How to optimize my website
Hi Friends,

I have one website and i want to do search engine optimization for my website is there any companies providing SEO services and i saw one company like

http://www.kitinc.com

They are providing services but going before i need to conform like is there any best service compared to that company if any body know let me inform me

Look at one of their pages on their site.
http://www.kitinc.com/seo/doorway.htm

This is a shocking old school technique and any company that still uses is it risking everything.
Don`t go near any company like this.
