I guess the place to start (if you can speak english) is by reading the sticky posts; lot of work I know.

To "include your name in all search engine results:
Add your name to a web page!

Right now there are over 10,500 pages with "Rockymeet" on them, so you may want to "outrank them".

To rank a website for your name:
1. Create a site including a page with your name as a targetted keyword.
2. Get backlinks to the page using your name as an anchor... the more (qualifying) links you get, the higher the page will rank.

Why would you want to? I don't know!

what are you doing, this is a discussion form not a battle field.
Any keyword can be added to the the meta tags which helps the search engines to index the page.
Actually meta tag reflect the relevancy of your web site content.
If you are making website for personal use only then addition of your name to meta tags will be relevant.

How?
If you have a website, add a made-up word to your metatags (nowhere else) and see if you rank for it after a few weeks.

No they don't.
They were designed to, but so many webmasters abused them (adding content that did not reflect anything about the website) that Google no longer uses them at all.

This is really confusing!
If you're making a website for personal use only, why would you bother having metatags?
If you make a website for public use - but it includes information about you - adding your name is relevant (but adding it to metatags is still a waste of time for seo purposes)!

Dear, search for any keyword on google, note down its description. Then go to the website, view its source code for meta tags. You will get the answer.
Possibly it is not true all time but it is true for most of time.
