Does anybody know someone who can give me some legit keyword help and SEO without charging me an arm and a leg?? I don't mind spending some money as long as there is good value.

or, by using the free Wordtracker app, or by joining G as a webmaster and using their free tools too...lotsa places to find out what kind of keywords to target...the hard part is the testing/analyzing/modifying/retesting/reanalyzing etc etc etc!!!!
