I'm sure the key-phrase "participating in the debt consolidation programs with great enthusiasm" is a tong-tail but commercial key-phrase as it's calling for an action. What the moderators and nerds opine? Thanks in advance!!

It's not really a keyword phrase at all, insofar as nobody is likely to search for it.

debt consolidation program - is obviously commercial

Phrase? Sounds more like a title for an article to me lol

I think maybe you need to have a read of what keywords and keyword phrases are, because what we would call a keyword phrase is something that someone would search for to find your page, not the whole title of an article on a subject!

For example:
participating in the debt consolidation programs with great enthusiasm - is not a phrase
debt consolidation programs - is a phrase
debt consolidation programs in location - is a local phrase

See the difference?

If you have the budget for it, run PPC for a while and see if the word has any conversions before decided to target it.
