Not so good!

I've seen better programs to be honest and with very little information about the site and software i'd be vary reluctant to download it. I'd try something like SEO Elite, and although it's not free it's still great SEO software.

You can download it here: http://www.seoelf.com

SEO ELITE IS NOT GREAT SEO SOFTWARE! I purchased it and not only is it oudated and useless at times, it also sports many bugs that make it altogether horrible for trying to accomplish anything with it. The only 'good' tools that it includes can usually be found on the web for FREE.

SEO ELITE SUCKS - the only reason people are always trying to hawk this POS is because there's like 50% commission on a sale. DO NOT BUY IT!

And incidentally, SEO Elite doesn't have any tools to help you choose keywords so I don't know why you'd recommend it as an alternative.
