Im looking for a keywords tool / software that will do this

given a General Keywords

Example: Shoes

it will extract from there what other keywords that being search in G/Y the most?

any suggestions

You could try google adwords keyword tool. Just type a general term and google will give all keyword variations relating to the general term. It also shows in relative figure in the amount of searches per month for each keyword variations and also the advertiser competition. I find this tool very reliable since data comes direct from google.

how about keyword discovery free trial? it is another tool like world tracker but you don't have to create a trial account each time you use this.
