    Keywords and Keyword Phrases

Can anyone clarify this for me?
I have a website that offers tours of Northern Thailand

    - Do I need to have the plural form of 'tour' as well as the singular?
    - Do I need to put 'North' and 'Northern' or do SEs distinguish between them?
    - Should I list the individual keywords (ie: tour,North,Thailand) as well as the keyword phrase made up of these individual key words (ie: Tours of North Thailand)

    ??

    Thanks,

Use google's adwords keyword tool and look at the search volumes for Northern Thailand and North Thailand. It also gives data for plurals.

In general search engines are capable of understanding that people searching for "Thailand tours" are also interested in sites indexed as "Thailand tour". However the results in an organic search with google are not the same.

Google takes the singular from the plural, so when possible, use the plural.

Google doesn't stem forms of words, like north and northern or king and kingdom. They are considered different words.

I'm not sure what you mean by "list" keywords. If you mean list them in the keywords meta data - don't bother, Google doesn't use keyword meta data. However, in your content, use your keyword phrases in the best arrangement for your visitor. Don't cater to the SE, cater to your visitor and you'll be fine.
Frankly, I wonder who Frank is and why he has his own adverb.

You don't need to optimise for both. Just optimise for Grand Cayman Condos as Google is able to make partial matches.
