    Keyword Selection Question

    Hello,

Although I am familiar with keyword research, I have a question...

For selecting between two terms, would it be better to select the one with a higher phrase-to-broad percentage (19%, 13,000 title competitors) Or should I go for the lower competition/ PTB one (6%, 8,000 title competitors)?

I am not sure which is more important in this case, since the competition level is low already.

    I appreciate the help.

Any other keyword research tips are appreciated as well.

Go for those keywords that have less competition and higher search volume.

That doesn't really answer my question. MY question is on the threshold and value of those two variables.

words with less competition are the best. because both of them have less competition, I choose the exact one. I don't think having broad keywords will return you valuable clicks.

It depends on what type of your business is. If your business is too small and do not have enough budget for paid SEO then its good to go for the keywords with low competition. However, if you are sure that you can move ahead of your top competitors, then go with high competition. It is recommended to go for keyword that have low competition in the beginning and see if its possible to later switch or compete with the higher ones.
