Hi,

Am not finding .htaccess file in my root. I need redirect my site non www to www.

Have u idea for do that.

What server are you using?

htaccess can only be found or integrated into a Linux server using apache module.

Files starting with a dot like .htaccess are hidden files in Linux. For example, with FileZilla (FTP), you have to click on "View" and then on "Show hidden files" to view the hidden files.

that site on linux server.
(but i am not sure it is using apache module or not.
What should we do for apache module if they don't using.)

Ask your host - or give us the domain name and we can tell you if it's hosted on an apache server or not!

(In order to view hidden server files most ftp tools require you to use "-la" to remove the filter and view the files).
