Page indexing
Hi all,
I know this is a stupid question, but I've searched around and can't find what I'm looking for so... Can someone give me the html code that will not allow the bots to index a certain webpage? I think its something like <robots no follow> Also, where do you put this on the page? thanks in advance! |

Hey thanks Navy,
I've also read something about having a robot.txt file. What is this? Do I need this for a one page website? If so, how do I get it? |

Robots.txt is a simple text file.U can say that it is a guideline for the search engine crawler.U can mention certain pages in the file, which u don't want to be crawled and upload that file at the server. That file will do what u want. |
