Need help with code

I registered on a forum I am interested in and was told I needed a code or something like that. The had an example and I used it to create the following link back to my site. There was no way to preview it so I want someone to tell me if this is right. Please change it if it is not right. Also would this same code work on other sites that are foum

I would suggest leaving off the index.html portion of your link as this is set as the default on your site in the first place.
