Meta Tags I Never Seen

In an effort to understand keywords and proper meta tag use I often view source on some of my competitors sites. Today I came across some meta tags I have never seen before. They are as follows.

<meta name="page topic" content="bla bla bla">
<meta name="key phrases" content=" bla bla bla">
<meta name="classification" content=" fishing advertising, hunting advertising,Fishing Resort Advertising">

The third I am familiar with and use it in my tags as well but generaly with one word like "Recreational" will using more keywords here help with better search placement. The first two tags I have never seen before, should I also be including these tags in my code. Where I placed Bla Bla Bla he is using many of his same keywords and is ranked #1 on google for hunting advertising. I also run a hunting information site and want to sell ad space.

Meta tags are virtually worthless code - the only one I would recommend using is charset.
