Kinda OT-That no-right click script and engines

I am not looking to start a debate on this-you either love it or hate it, lol .But I was curious if it has any effect in the search engines-do they hate it as well?If I have it in my pages, which I do on some due to pictures (and yes I know people can still get around it and take them, but I like to make it a little more difficult for them )
But having said that, I was wondering if it makes any difference to the engines if you have that script or not in your page.If so, I'd consider removing it then-I don't want to hurt my position (I only just put the script in after the last dance)
Thanks for any help and again, please, no arguing, play nice, lol

As javascript is ignored by search engines, then it is safe to say that no-right-click scripts have zero effect on search engines. Even if a search engine could recognise a no-right-click script it wouldn't penalize it. There are genuine reasons for having such a script.

Basically don't worry about it as search engines certainly don't.

ahhh....come on....lets debate it!
i think its worthless.
but...i still do it.
it discourages the newbies.

i have also seen the photo protection that makes the file as a 'bmp' instead of a 'jpg'....which is interesting too.
