javaScript Calendar

Hello,
(Please excuse my computer lingo, I only have 2 yrs exp.)

I am having a major issue with a calendar built using Java Script.
I created 2 drop downboxes inside of the calendar, 1 displayed minutes and the other
displayed seconds (hard coded). You can select a particular day and time and it generates in a textbox.
The only problem I am having is the only day that the time will not display on is the current day.
Any ideas?
