invisible iframe
I recently saw a site with it's title and 1/4 page of text and nothing else but it had an invisible i frame linking to a big page loaded with the site's keywords - and sure enough it was nš1 in the google serp. Is this good practice to get high rankings? - will google penalise you?( Ihaven't been able to find the site again!!)

Yes it is bad practice and can get you banned. That's probably why you cant find the site anymore

Iframe content will not help with your rankings. It is a entirely seperate HTML page.
