Would anyone know where and how i can write a HTML newsletter? Is there any software which i can download?

how about something that is free?

I have not tested this, but let me obtain your opinion. Would it be possible for me to write a newsletter, and save it as .html and send it in the e-mail, how would it look? Any idea?

Are you looking for a program that emails directly from your PC and sends an HTML newsletter. i have a script that does this, but there are some drawbacks, such you as need a linux machine with sendmail (or any SMTP server).

try ezinemanager.com - its free up to 1000 emails per month. i use it and it works really well.

There are many free newsletter-management-systems out there who can HTML-Mails
(btw. you can't just add the html in the mail body, you need some specification in the header)

Try to search at www.hotscripts.com
or www.resource-index.com

I am sure you will find a solution for your server there

Getting a script to do this is extremely easy. I have a script that will do the job. It will basically be an input box, you copy and paste your HTML into the box and click submit, the server will do the rest i.e. send the emails!!

Are you running your website on Linux or Windows? The script can work with either but will I will need to know before giving the script to you so that I can make it work on your platform.

I wonder if a script like this would be worth releasing to the general public... think many people would need it?

How many emails would you need to send, and in what time-frame?

Thank you guys, for all of your feedback, i will visit the sites you have recommended, and let you know how it goes. My web site is being hosted by GoDaddy.com, so i don't have my own server.

Darrin, people will not need this kind of scripts, so you can release to the general public hehe... It is going to be a weekly newsletter so we are going to send 4 e-mails a month to approximately 600 people. Hopefully number will increase after first month.

Launching date for the site is July 1st.

Please let me know if you guys come across any other sites or have any other suggestions. T

I visited the site, and it says 1-999 emails per month is free. I am somewhat confused about it. They meant i can send e-mail(s) to no more than 999 e-mail addresses for free coreect?

My script has scaled to over 600,000 emails in less than 24 hours!

i believe it means no more than 999 emails sent per month, not how many subscribers.
