Can't login my chat admin
I don't know why I can't login my chat admin with the same username and password that I used a few days ago. ? If I write to my host, do you think they have kept a copy of my username and password ?
It is really strange that I could login for the past few days but can't do so suddenly ??? Any idea ?

User names and passwords are case sensitive - is your caps lock on. Otherwise, yes send them an email for help.
