I suggest to disable it first, then close Firefox. Restart your computer, then open firefox. After that, enable it and restart again firefox.

If it wont work. This is strange, scan you computer for spywares and virus. Then download uninstall your firefox and install it again and also the Google toolbar.

this doesnt help at all, like i said when i start firefox all i can interact with is the popup for the ****in google toolbar installer, the enable disable is for a setting before i can finish the installer, but since i doubt anyone on this ****ing site will know what to do im just going to reinstall firefox and say ****it.

FF3 is still quirky with plug ins - I ran into a series of similar instabilities - and have happily dumped FF3 until they make it more stable.

Alot of code and alot of changes is fun - but almost never in a browser. Wait a few months is best suggestion on FF3 - it will get better gradually.
