If it's "very urgent requirement" , you should try adwords with optimized bids! There are no risk free short cuts in rankings via organic SEO , although for Local, here's a hint for you: Show some love to Google+

In general Google listing are done with brand name and you can easily get ranking by your brand, after crawling your listing. It certain takes time but you can not get listing in over night. You have to wait.
