It's really worthless. PR doesn't update and their search engine results suck.

I use the google toolbar like everyone else, only thing that blows is the toolbar is so damn ugly looking and it really does not accomplish anything. I think someone needs to make an SEO tool bar that will show a Page's PR, and the number of backlinks it has in google, also some other basic info to compare with your competition

Well this may be old news but for us noobs..I uninstalled my google toolbar because I had a website just launched and I didnt want it really spidered yet and I have a feeling the toolbar caused google to spider it since I visit the site quite often to make changes. It happen within a day of launch.

It could be something else but I dont know..but because of this I uninstalled the toolbar

I think that may have been happening...

I had a few sites get in the index before I wanted them there....

Murphy's law.... If I wanted them in - it would have taken forever.... Since I wasn't ready.... They got right in....

Maybe it was the toolbar .... I really don't know....

Aexa toolbar has a Cookie of some kind too..... But it may be just with there browser... I'm not sure.... I don't have the toolbar - but I had a file that was names alexa related on my system.....

whoisbot is crawling like mad too.....
Think it starts crawing as soon as a domain name is registered..
