Odd Toolbar problem, please help.

Hi Folks

I hope you can help with this.

I really like the GOOGLE TOOLBAR, however, everytime I install it i
get the following problem; My computer starts up fine and fast
however when I am at my desktop I can start everything (programs,
folders etc) immediately EXCEPT for Internet Explorer WHEN Google
Toolbar is installed. What happens is, i launch Internet Explorer but
the window does not pop up until ~55 seconds later. I also cannot
launch my network connections folder for the same delayed period.

When i remove Google Toolbar, I can use Internet Explorer immediately
when i start up just like the other programmes.

Any ideas?

Thanks

That problem sounds like it would be difficult to fix.
The easiest solution would be to use Firefox with the Google toolbar.

It sounds like you probably have a conflict with a non standard bit of software.

I have a similar problem when using skype on my web server - they don't go together so I have to disable skype when I want to run th web server.

You need someone to investigate the error logs that Windows generates just after this problem occurs, then you will be able to identify and fix the problem.

If you are still frustrated with windows there is always Linux!

Such problem I never faced.... Please check you startup... You may be install so many thing or software.... or other any software many be running or start when you start you PC or doing something else......

Delete all item in your startup...... and try....

Firefox is your other option....

Please startup don't mean start menu......

Sorry keemosabe - something is in bad shape on your computer.

You likely have some memory corruption - that the toolbar steps upon - or something else wrong in your system. Deleted .dlls - or a virus or malware.

Sadly this is the way it goes with PCs...

Maybe the google toolbar that you installed is currupt in terms of computer usage. or the IE cannot use or read one of its function. Try re-installing the toolbar
