New beta toolbar
Not much going on here .. ok I'm the first.. I think the new beta toolbar is brilliant.. esp the selective pop up blocker.. what do you guys think?

I do like the pop up blocker. I am sure they will add more functionality to the tool bar in the near future.

with this toolbar I think google is going to inpruve google trafic. There are going to be people whi will take the tool bar only for the pop up blocker. It is certainly a big + for Google.

could take a fair dint out of popup traffic sales

anyone know the stats for people with the tool bar?

could mean more flash ads (pet hate!!)

It isn't just Google who have a toolbar to control popups, all the Alexa tool bar users have the option to block pop-ups as well. I personally will not be shedding tears for those whose pop up ad conversions are hit. I think every pop up should be shot at birth ;-)

Thumbs up Google Beta Toolbar
Not sure how many people are using the tool bars, but I know I use both.

The new Google Beta is nice. I like the autofill options and the advanced features for search options. Very useful.

Not sure where to find stats on toolbar adoption rates or percentage of adoption...would be nice to know.

yeah im just generally interested in the impact such a move could make on pop's and progies like roboform et al.

The blocker does it work...what more can we ask...

Pop up blocker does work but not the selective bit - or rather you have to click "allow pop-ups from this site" every time you visit.
