i am seeing GRAY BAR again

Is everyone seeing a grey bar for all sites ? today, i am experiencing gray bar again...Anyone confirm this?

Maybe a huge update is coming and our sites will be back...

What do you mean grey bar? My main keywords are not back but my hits
double yesterday compared to last Sunday.........so maybe.........something
is getting back to normal!

Gray bar is an indicator on google-toolbar that shows no PR. That meand google toolbar couldnt get the data...

I'm seeing only green bars!

Just to add same for me too for the last 24 hours. No PR showing for any sites on the web for me. Seems it's obviously only certain datacenters affected but last time this happened things became VERY interesting afterwards...

I have not seen any PR anywhere for 2 days now. I am glad someone else is having this problem too. I contacted google and they said there was some sort of issue with a virus update and they are working on it. Since then I have re-installed, taken down the firewall / network gained a new IP address and am still seeing nothing but grey.

do you use norton - firewall or anti-virus by anychance?

If You see gray on any one or two sites and rest you see green it means gray colour shows that site is black listed not try to link with gray sites other wise it may cause suffering

I have never seen a gray bar on a banned site, only PR 0/10. But I have seen gray bar when the URL includes some special charachters.

How can I be sure the site wasn't banned? It was my own site with PR5 and are well ranked, and this happened when I rewrote some url's to be more searchengine-friendly. As soon as a script was implemented to rewrite those special charachters, the url's with special charachters lost the gray bar. So what kind of charachters? Non-english. Even if they had a gray bar they ranked high, so you can't say that gray bar = black listed.

I'm seeing intermittent grey bar action on many sites - After navigating the site for a bit, clicking back and forth between sections, after about 4-5 clicks the PR comes back.

I have such a problem regarding regarding value that google toolbar is indicating for my site. I load my site, which normally is a PR5 and I get a 0/10 value, than I refresh and I get a normal PR5 value. I click on and I got to a page that normally is a PR4 but I get a 0/10 value, I refresh it and I get a PR4 back.
I was afraid I got banned but I checked my PR using http://www.webmasterbrain.com/upcom...ool--tool11.htm and I get only the normal values.
It definitely is a problem with the google toolbar. Thanks to God I didn't get banned, I felt very bad when I saw that PR0 ... heh

No gray bars at all on nay of my sites.
