Not that I actively hunt for links in this manner (especially for blog links), but I use foxyrank when I do have to check whether or not a link is going to be followed. It's a firefox extension.

SEObook toolbar, seoquake and seomoz toolbar all have a tool to highlight nofollowed links in a page amongst other things. However all are only available for firefox I think.
As far as I know chrome has little or no functions for add ons, one of the main draw backs I see talked about with it. |

The plugin was probably abandoned and is no longer compatible.

How you are checking do follow or no follow links? If you have installed adons for no follow in firefox then you have to right click on your site at any places and then select nodofollow option. Mozilla will show you all links with color. Red color shown as no follow and blue color show as do follow. Thanks |

Search for [nofollow bookmarklet]
Bookmarklets are (most often) browser-independent |

Dofollowsearchengine is good but it offers a 2 day trial period only afterwards you have to pay around $20/monthly.Not bad really but why pay when you can have quirk for free...

You can use the site called followlist.com which gives a listing of all dofollow sites where you can comment upon. There is also I believe a firefox plugin which when installed will show you whether the blog you are visiting has dofollow or nofollow turned on.

Basically there are lots of tools to check dofollow/nofollow links but most of them only work on mozilla not on other browser, so u can search "addons for chorme" on google and u find lots of addons tools for chrome. And one more thing u do that u only search dofollow blogs on google.
