Google with advertisements

I was not sure where to post this thread, but I think this was the best subject for it. Now what my problem is, that when i search for something on google and it does not matter what i search for this advertisement keeps showing up on the left. This thing is called ShopperReports, and it shows clothes, shoes, tshirts etc.

When i click on the ? for help on how to remove this they tell me i can remove it at control panel at the feature "Add/ Remove programs". Now I tried to do that, but it does not seem to work, when I try to remove it it says move to quarantine or whatever, so i must be a virus. But still I have it on my computer an can't remove it!

Someone knows how I can remove this annoying advertisement block?

try recovering your operating system to the earlier date (the date when you don't have this problem) or use avast antivirus and run scan on boot (almost any virus can be detected and removed in the boot time itself)
