well actually you dont need Google toolbar too much in Firefox 5....it has already have too much plugins to solve it.....

Yes! But can firefox make it possible? I believe they must be aware of using google toolbar's important for its users so why don't they make there new versions compatible to google toolbar.

Yes, Google toolbar is very useful toolbar, but is not compatible with Firefox 5 but it is compatible with 4.6 and 6

Every toolbar is consuming resources on my pc and i donșt want to use any toolbar (google,alexa,etc) for this reason

You can use other add ons or seo book toolbar which gives you a lot information in compare to this one.Firefox 5 also not support copy all url addons which is bad for seo person.
